Our personal training services (in-person and virtual) are only one piece of the puzzle that your body and mind needs. Trio also offers Nutrition Coaching, Programming as well as a complimentary recovery suite with tools to assist your mental and physical balance. Personal Training
Our personal training services are designed to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals by using an individualized approach, tailored to your needs. Together we can reach your goals of weight loss, building muscle, improving cardiovascular health and endurance, or sport specific needs.
We will work closely with you to create a workout plan that considers your unique needs, fitness levels, and objectives. During your fitness journey we will provide expert guidance on exercise techniques to keep you safe while offering motivation and accountability to ensure you stay on track.
Personal Training sessions are offered as 30 and 45 minute workouts. Included with every training package is access to our full recovery suite to aid your body and mind in rejuvenation after your time in the gym.
Workout Programming
Workout programming is an individualized workout plan written for you. If your lifestyle is more conducive to a flexible schedule, but you would still like guidance on how to approach the gym this is the option for you.
Programming is designed to be fluid and adapt to your needs that may change week to week month to month. We will check in weekly to ensure the program is progressing as it should and make adjustments as you reach your goals.

Virtual Training
Our virtual training offers you a flexible way to experience the guidance and encouragement from your coach, when and where you need it.
With virtual training you are gaining a personal fitness concierge on demand. We will connect with you via video conferencing platforms to complete workouts 1 on 1 , check in to help with adherence and accountability, moral support, technique advice, recovery advice, nutrition, meal prep education, and help you on your journey in any way possible.
Virtual training services are ideal for those with busy schedules, geographical limitations, or a preference for at home workouts. Virtual makes it easier than ever to prioritize your health and fitness goals while staying connected!
